Our products include lithium-ion (LiFePO4) batteries, which are high-performance energy storage devices. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
  • Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all batteries are used with a compatible Battery Management System (BMS) and approved chargers.
  • Installation: We strongly recommend professional installation for all battery kits. Improper installation, neglect, or misuse may result in fire, property damage, or personal injury.
  • Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with the storage, handling, and use of these hazardous materials.

SECTION 2 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwesomeBatteries.com, our directors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or property damage, arising from your use of any of our products. Our total liability shall be capped at the purchase price of the product in question.

SECTION 3 - WARRANTIES & EXTERNAL PRODUCTS
  • Pass-Through Warranty: Most products sold on this site are manufactured by third parties (e.g., Bolt Energy USA, Lithium Rhino). Any warranties provided are those of the manufacturer, not AwesomeBatteries.com.
  • As-Is Sale: Except as expressly stated, all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
  • Compliance: Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials for transport. We comply with all applicable carrier regulations, including labeling and packaging requirements.
  • Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel orders to regions where shipping restrictions apply. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding the receipt and disposal of lithium-ion batteries.
