RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At AwesomeBatteries.com, we stand behind the quality of the high-performance products we sell. Because we partner with multiple specialized manufacturers, our return and warranty processes are designed to align with their specific production and safety standards.
1. Warranty Claims
All products sold on our site are covered by the battery supplier’s advertised warranty.
- Resolution Process: In the event of a technical issue or defect, consumers will work directly with the manufacturer or through Awesome Batteries to facilitate a resolution according to the supplier’s specific warranty terms.
- Support: We are here to help. If you need assistance initiating a claim with brands like Bolt Energy USA, Lithium Rhino, or Summit Battery Group, please contact our support team.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on items that meet the following strict safety and resale criteria:
- Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries, we cannot accept returns on items that have been connected to a power source or show signs of installation.
- Verification: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the distribution center. Once the product is verified as being in its original condition, your refund will be processed.
3. Fees & Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all qualified returns.
- Freight Costs: The consumer is responsible for total freight costs (both original and return shipping) back to the appropriate manufacturer or distribution address.
- HazMat Compliance: Because lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Hazardous Materials, they must be shipped via a certified HazMat carrier (e.g., FedEx Ground or UPS) with the correct UN labeling. Do not ship batteries via USPS.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at awesomebatteries.com@gmail.com to receive the appropriate return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent to the wrong distribution center or without an RMA may experience significant delays or denial of the refund.
